What this paper is about

Edit What this paper is about Content

Nau mai, haere mai!

Welcome! This paper is an opportunity for our Bachelor of Health (BHELTH301 & 302) and Bachelor of Health, Sport and Human Performance (BHSHUP301 & 302) students to experience and contribute to an organisation whose work is focused on an aspect of health that best aligns with your respective majors, and where you think you might like to work after you have graduated.

This is not work experience in the same sense as when you were at school; the expectation is that you will contribute to the goals of the organisation and will be supported in your professional and personal development.

To participate in this paper, you need to have completed the police vetting process and secured a placement before the first workshop - which is why this paper has an early closing date for enrolments.

If you have any questions about placements, please email Emma Woutersen, our interim Placement Coordinator (emma.woutersen@waikato.ac.nz).
